Call it morbid curiosity, but I think I’m gonna hit Google and see how Black Friday went. Did retailers do as good as expected, worse than expected, etc. Been a topic of convo around here of late, so color me curious. God knows there SEEMED to be plenty of activity out here. God knows Best Buy went out of their way to popularize it…tech-geek that I am, I have them sending me e-mails about specials…a privilege they completely abused on the days coming up to Black Friday with what seemed like 2 e-mails per hour to up and beyond the event…WalMart came in second as far as the annoyance was concerned. :/

Well…was out and about a bit yesterday and saw things bustling…stores looked full to capacity. WalMart and K-Mart were just FULL of cars; rather scary. I wonder how many people were killing each other over $200 shoes marked down to $10 bucks??? 😛 Damn stores never have sales on rope and bandanas…there ought’a be a law. 😛

Was just re-reading my very first post to this blog…it was posted SEVEN YEARS AGO. Quite a history, no?
