All right.  🙂  Let me start by saying that the Superman movie was GREAT…but loud.  :/  Well…loud for me, anyways…louder is not always better.  This was the kind of loud that hurts.  It was a good portrayal of all the destruction (and there is a LOT of it) in the situation…but it felt like the volume in the theatre was cranked up to “11”…maybe even “12”.  Other than that, I can find no faults with it…it was a different take on the Superman legend and a BELIVABLE one to boot.  It also created a lot of dynamics (particularly in the Clark Kenk/Lois Lane sense) that I’m looking forward to seeing explored in further movies.  The end of the villain porton of the plot plot was a bit of a stunner that comes from out of left field; I’ll say no more than that.

The only thing that disappointed me is that they went with the “magic glasses”.  Meaning…that when Clark Kent is in the real world, his face and Superman’s are exactly alike and yet a single pair of glasses keeps the world from knowing that the two are actually one person, ie, “magic glasses”.  :/  How stoopid are the people of the DC universe at large that this actually works?  That’s one thing about the character I never understood…how come a pair of glasses keeps a man’s full out face a secret?  Glasses do a lot…but that?  Eh…let’s explore it a bit.

Four shots…two of Pantera Noelle…two of Stacie Snow.  One pic of each has glasses, the other doesn’t…is it enough to hide them?  It certainly doesn’t hide their beauty, does it?  🙂

Gonna go see Superman today.  🙂  Going with “the crew” (Dave Annis, his webmaster and myself) as this movie isn’t exactly my cup of tea.  Mind you, I like Supes…but he’s never been one of the more believable characters for me.  I’m a writer at heart and I have two things on my “bucket list” should I somehow be able to write for the comics…bring Batman’s origin back to what Bob Kane created for the character and remove the travesty that Frank Miller wrote…and to actually write Superman to my liking.

How do you threaten this guy?  Seriously…good characterization comes from how much threat you can create…it’s an interesting story when you triumph against all odds from overwhelming situations (and even under-whelming as well)…the triumph is key.  So, how do you create overwhelming circumstances for someone who essentially is a God?  DC Comics does it on a regular basis, mind you, but I as a writer myself don’t know how to…I just wonder if my Superman would be even enjoyable.  Spider-Man, I could write the HELL out of (literally, as I’d undo the circumstances where Peter Parker made a deal with the Devil…)…Superman?  It’d definitely be challenging and rewarding.

So, why go see the movie then?  This looks to be a real boffo adaptation!  🙂  Big budget…mucho special effects…looks to be a winner!  🙂  I like the guy they found to play him as well; he looks the part to me.  🙂

So…all that said…who in my “damsels” looks the most “Lois Lane” for today’s post?  And yes…Noel Neill played MANY a part in my fantasies about bondage as a child, tho as much as I loved her, I’ve always wondered what would have been as Phyllis Coates had a GRAND bondage scene that’s just as good as anything Noel did.  :/  Beside the point tho…which of my gals is the most “Lois” to fit the inadvertant theme?  Kobe Lee seems the choice, but I featured her recently…let’s go with Pantera Noelle for her raven-black hair and glasses.  🙂

Watching a really interesting series of videos on YouTube…I’m also a plastic modeler and a guy there does absolutely EXPERT builds of Star Trek ships that could honestly be used in movies they’re so accurate.  His account name is “TrekWorks” there if you’re interestd as well.  🙂

I just did a post to UnlimitedBondage Tube of some of my Kobe Lee work…why not some Kobe here too?  🙂

For some reason, whenever I type the word, “Busy”, I always seem to hit the “t” key when I’m adding the “y”, creating “busty”.  Creative typo…or something else on my mind?  😛  Got some things going on so I have to be brief…here’s some bust, specifically Gracie Ryder’s.  🙂

You must be tired of me talking Vid Games as much as I have lately.  I’m just amused by the mess that Micro$oft has made for itself…and am thinking about how this could get worse if it actually somehow succeeds.  To recap, M$’s “XBOX One” (I prefer “XBone”…one of the many slams against the console going around the net, which is how the rest of this article will phrase it), needs to be online 24-7 as it’s going to randomly check in. This machine will eventually kill the used gaming marketplace as there are so many restrictions about renting/selling games that you need a lawyer to help you understand them all.  And let’s not forget that wonderful “Kinect” thing which is more-or-less a one way spy camera of sorts…

Worst case scenario…what if this thing actually winds up working?

Successful business models are just that…BUSINESS models.  How long will it be before Hollywood sees M$ not only weathering the shitstorm against it, but (again, we’re “supposing” here) thriving and sees potential for them to make money with as well?  How long before other platforms follow suit?

Put it to you this way: Would you like owning a DVD Player or a BluRay Player that has a camera on it?  That needs to be online 24-7?  Would you like to not be able to rent a movie?  And if you’d want to loan that movie to a friend that hasn’t seen it yet, they’d have to be on your “Friends List” for at least 30 days…and you can only loan out that movie ONCE?  And selling your movie?  Oh, you can just forget about that…unless you go to a “selected retailer” and more than likely pay something along the lines of a restocking fee…

The real world implications here are nightmarish and not only for gamers.  If Micro$oft succeeds with the “XBone” and starts making money off of it, this could mushroom all over the place…who’s to say that music companies won’t jump on the bandwagon as well?  PLEASE hope with me that consumer outrage over this product continues to grow strong and that this thing fails….because if it doesn’t, this could mean that we don’t buy movies anymore as well…we’d just rent them from the companies that make them, just like M$ is doing to gamers.

I want this link to hit Facebook too…so let’s keep Stacie Snow’s top on…lol.  😉

“E3” is a gaming convention where the big companies show off their new wares.  The XBOX One (or “X Bone”, as people are starting to call it…lol) has multiple rules about sharing games…you can only share games once to people who’re on your friends list for at least 30 days.  Trading and sharing games thru the XBOX One is a complex and mind boggling situation frought with rules and regulations blocking you at every path…Playstation is taking a different tactic.  This is from their official YouTube page…

Good; embedded videos from YT work here.  🙂  BEST…TROLL…EV-ER!!!  I’m still laughing at this outright slam on their competition and done so stylishly well.  Sony just OWNED Micro$oft in the WORST way and made them look like complete fools.  The PS4 is also going to deliver all the gaming aspects of what the X Bone is going to at $100 less and NOT be an invasion of privacy in an almost Orwellian fashion (“1984″…which the X Bone is feeling more and more like every day).  The PS4 does not require an Internet connection and will not be checking in with you at least once a day…it’s just brilliant genius.  Sony saw Micro$oft dropping stupidity everywhere and just seemed to say, “Let’s give gamers what they really want”.  😀  This makes me glad to be a SONY fanboy.

The thing that fascinates me the most is how different of a competition this has been.  Take the Coca-Cola/Pepsi wars…both of them are basically the same, differing in just taste and they battle…here, Sony and Micro$oft are polar opposites of each other and one just capitalized on that and OWNED the other…the X Bone is just so WRONG in everything it does and SONY NAILED them for it.  🙂

Anyway.  🙂  Got a lot ahead of me today.  Gonna go cash my latest check and do some trimming on my phone bill so I can make it less of a pain to pay each month…then, off to a model kit store to see about models of the Enterprise from Star Trek.  Dave Annis told me about a place that has some cool kits I want to check out.  🙂  As for our pic of the day…let’s let our Facebook friends in with a bewb-less shot of Tracy Jordan.  🙂
