Tony, actually Thanksgiving as a National Holiday started during the Civil War – I remember Ken Burns’s The Civil War series stating it was to celebrate the defeat of the Confederate stronghold at Vicksburg. I believe the series mentioned Vicksburg, and several other parts of the South, refused to celebrate Thanksgiving at all until the 1960s.

    So I would imagine any holiday that can be traced to the PWN’age of a bunch of Southern Slaveowners would give the SJWs (of which I’m one, I might remind you – as witness the fact I didn’t vote for either Hillary or Trump!) a warm fuzzy….
