Funny phenomenon (holy shit…I spelled that word correctly without the use of Spell Check…I R Smart! :P) developing on the blog of late…either my spam blocker just went “super saiyan” (Dragonball Z [Anime show] term for “super pumped-up”…Google it for yourself) on me or my spammers just gave up…I haven’t had to delete a spam post to the blog for around a week now. On the one hand I’m ecstatic, on the other, I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop and the maybe one person who’s been spamming me hundreds of times a day to come back from winter vacation. 😛
In all seriousness, I’ve been running this blog since May of ’09, and I’ve always had spam posts to delete…until now. Thanks for the break, spammers, whoever you are. I assume we resume our bout of “you post ’em, I delete ’em” in 2017, right?
Anyway. Happy New Year to all…BE FUCKING SAFE out there tonight; no drinking or driving; taxi’s will be FREE most everywhere, there’s no excuse for it! Take care of yourselves…I wanna see ALL OF YOU back here for 2017. Give me a few months for my job to kick in and get me out of debt hell and I’ll be shooting regular again…just hang on tight; the ride is about to get FAST. 🙂

Since I don’t drink any more, Tony, that makes me the Designated Driver for my family and friends. I’m just glad it was above freezing tonight, and most of the snow and ice melted by the time we left our friends’ house for our New Year’s celebration.
As for spammers, maybe whoever hosts this page updated their spam filters? Until the spammers find their way around it, you may have a fairly clear field for a while….
So what did happen when you were “on the floor” working the other day?
