Did you guys happen to catch the SHIELD tv show last night on ABC? Dave Annis called me just before it was going to start, and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. 🙂 I won’t spoil anything, but a player from the Avengers movies we thought was gone isn’t after all. 🙂
No superheros or villains…just good old fashioned espionage within the Marvel Universe that was created by the Marvel movies. Good fun stuff with some good lookin’ hot women! 🙂

My niece, who’s a HUGE Marvel fangirl, hated AGENTS OF SHIELD, Tony – but I think she wanted something other than what she got.
I’m looking forward to seeing the pilot – though apparently my DVR didn’t record both THE BLACKLIST and CASTLE, so I’ll have to watch the CASTLE Season Premiere on Hulu…. 🙁

Rather enjoyed Agents of SHIELD myself. Liked the Extremis subplot and other Iron Man/Avenger tie-in’s. Waiting to see what happens with Agent Coulson’s character (not much of a spoiler – he’s featured prominently in the commercials)!
